We are a wholly indigenous company, incorporated in August 2009 to provide integrated service packages from turnkey onshore/offshore pipeline operations, procurement, maintenance, repairs and supplies services, marine and energy services.

Registered in Nigeria, our primary focus is the provision of best in class, fit for purpose and effective technical solutions to the challenges of the Nigerian Oil, Gas, and other selected sectors.

Our history is one of continuous development and up-to-date technology infrastructure which has allowed it to evolve to being a provider of the high-quality services in the industries we operate in.

DGS has designed its Operational Execution Strategy into four strata namely: Execution, Analysis & Diagnostics, Optimized Solutions, and Performance Tracking. Each of these strata is designed not only to shape DGS’s operation but also to help it competes effectively.

Earliest clients included the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), the Government of Cross Rivers State, OilServ Group and ZB Joint Venture Limited (ZBJVL). [/timeline_item][timeline_item year=”2012″ title=”The Evolution”]Changed corporate identity to DGS Integrated Projects Limited with a more focused contracting scope strategically streamlined to offer energy infrastructure EPCI services. Built robust project management reputation and a best-in-class turnkey pipeline service in partnership with our sister company, Allied Mechanical and Pipeline Services Limited[/timeline_item][timeline_item year=”2015″ title=”The Expansion”]Leveraging on years of successful project execution experience and record ledger growth, DGS engaged in strategic personnel and technical partnership expansion. New service areas of expertise included large-size gas infrastructure EPCI projects. A more structured operational system ensured Company branch expansions, with the Proposals SBU occupying its own office complex.[/timeline_item][timeline_item title=”The Conglomerate”]DGS’ majority holding was accrued by JP Sage Group Limited, thereby becoming a JP Sage conglomerate member. DGS, through its sister companies/strategic partners, expanded its service scope to include midstream, downstream, marine and logistics services.
